Our esteemed PT (PT is short for āPersonal Torturerā š ), Matt James, assigned Jules some strengthening exercises a month ago to help with her plantar fasciitis š¦¶š» - she does them every other day and Darin has recently incorporated them into his workout as well (some of what you donāt see: single leg calf raises off a step, kettlebell swings, more ab work, Bulgarian split squats, stretching etc)...itās amazing how many exercises you can do using just your own body weight, a kettlebell or two and some bands, and youāre left feeling so sore that youāre unable to move the next day.
